Community members are constantly contacting The Center looking for GLBT-friendly healthcare providers. Adding your business to the Link online database makes you easily accessible to those potential patients. Joining Link is free to you, and accessing it is free to the community.
If you are a physical or mental healthcare provider and would like to apply for inclusion in the database, complete the provider application by clicking here. Please have your licensure information ready as it will be needed when you apply to be on our provider list. We run occasional checks through the State of Colorado to verify that provider license information is accurate and up-to-date.
