Kaiser Permanente
Total number of employees: 6,000+
Anticipated jobs available: 300+

  • Kaiser has an explicit non-discrimination policy in place that includes and protects transgender employees
  • Kaiser has mandatory dicersity trainings for all employess that explicitly covers information about the transgender community
  • Kaiser currently employs transgender individuals
  • Kaiser has an active LGBT employee group

Job fair participation goals: To encourage the best talent to look to Kaiser Permanente as an employer of choice. By participating in this job fair, our hope is to recruit a diverse workforce who will work to help eliminate health disparities, reduce the shortage of diverse health care professionals, and impact the future delivery of culturally competent care and service.
